Expand Your Reach — Increase Your Revenue
The economic and competitive environment for wireless network operators has never been more challenging. At the same time, the market opportunity for mobile data has never been richer.
Consumers worldwide — billions, not millions — are going mobile, and they expect to take the World Wide Web with them. Specifically, they want their personalized version of the Web, which maps to their unique browsing habits, on the mobile device of their choice. Operators in turn can use the contextual and behavioral data inherent in those browsing habits to fully monetize their network traffic.
As part of our comprehensive service portfolio, we provide operators with consulting, development and integration services for custom solutions designed to achieve these objectives. These solutions enhance the value of Bytemobile products in enabling operators to grow their customer base and increase average revenue per user (ARPU), while consolidating their data services on a single network platform.
Specific solutions include:
- Widget application development for Bytemobile’s Web Fidelity™ Suite Widget Bar solution. We offer operators a set of standard navigation toolbar widgets with options for customization and for personalization via the OSN MobileMatch™ Service. We also provide systems integration and support services to help operators build and maintain their widget inventory.
- Analytics for in-depth analysis of user traffic on the operator’s network. Key metrics include mobile website browsing, site categorization and ranking, handset usage, and click-stream tracking. This level of detail can drive the development and marketing of new data services and service plans, the formation of new partnerships for additional revenue opportunities, and the prioritization of infrastructure and service investments.
- Platform migration for operators whose networks consist of legacy systems. Bytemobile’s Unison™ Mobile Internet Platform enables operators to deploy fully integrated, multi-service solutions from a single node in the core data path of the network — dramatically reducing infrastructure overhead. The Unison platform runs on industry-standard blade servers and features open application programming interfaces (APIs) for third-party software development and integration.
