Course Description:

Unison™ WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) Gateways Administration is a technical instructor-led course designed to provide a clear understanding of the Bytemobile WAP 1 and WAP 2 Gateway services, how the services are configured, and how to manage and troubleshoot the various services.

The course includes frequent hands-on exercises to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Target Audience:

This course is designed for operational personnel supporting Bytemobile WAP services. Such personnel are:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and management
  • Supported by qualified Bytemobile Customer Support (CS)

Prerequisites:

  • Unison Administration and Optimization Fundamentals (three-day instructor-led course)
  • Managing the Device Database (30-minute web-based course)
