Lossless Media Optimization eliminates wasteful video content downloads when users decide to terminate play before the end of a video — which is a frequent occurrence. It requires minimal additional hardware, supports videos in all formats and has no impact on video quality.
Unoptimized versus optimized video delivery
In real time, the application adjusts the video transmission rate relative to actual video play time — without degradation of quality — and ensures that consumption of network bandwidth is the minimum required for a continuous media stream.
