As the first product in the T3000 Adaptive Traffic Management System, the T3100 Adaptive Traffic Manager effectively changes the paradigm for mobile data traffic management. The T3100 is the industry’s first fully integrated, inline network element that intuitively and adaptively manages mobile data traffic across all layers of the network (2-7). This gives mobile operators unprecedented control of the subscriber’s quality of experience (QoE), based on application and content usage, and constantly changing network conditions in the cell, the radio access network (RAN) and the core. The T3100 Adaptive Traffic Manager is a carrier-grade, NEBS Level 3-compliant, fault-tolerant system with built-in redundancy for all hardware and software components. The T3100 is designed to be deployed in the core of mobile networks, between the RAN and the Internet.
