Bytemobile Takes Promise Awards at 3GSM

Identified as wireless industry's Most Promising company

On Monday, February 14, 2005, Bytemobile was recognized with two Cutting Edge Promise awards at the 3GSM show in Cannes. The first award, given in the “Enabling Applications” track, was presented after judges from the Venture Funded Technologies Seminar identified Bytemobile as the company likely to have the most impact on the wireless industry over the next five years. The second award came at the end of the day, when Bytemobile was selected as overall most promising from the 20 small, privately-funded companies that participated in the Cutting Edge event.

“Bytemobile is focused on maximizing the performance and value of wireless data networks,” said Steve Livingston, Bytemobile's executive vice president of sales and marketing. “This industry acknowledgement really underscores the great progress we've made with more than 50 operators around the world. We're thrilled to be identified as a company to watch in this space.”
