First, as the progenitor of the mobile Internet – the Fourth Wave of Computing – we want to keep you informed at a visionary and strategic level. Our mission has always been to create solutions that anticipate customer needs. Multimedia optimization is a prime example. We foresaw the impact that increasing video usage would have on network traffic long before it became conventional wisdom – and we delivered a multimedia solution to reduce data volumes and improve bandwidth utilization.

Second, we want to keep you up to date on the execution of our strategy. We invest 20-25% of our annual revenue in product development – and at least 10% of that on research that breeds technological innovation. Our worldwide engineering team is focused on the 'white space' around the rapidly evolving mobile internet landscape. Discovering new ideas is only the beginning of the process – driving those ideas to commercial success is what sustains market leadership for companies like yours and ours.

Third, from our unique vantage point in a 'global village' of active customers, we want to share market trends and best practices that will enable you to outpace the competition in your local geographies. For example, how do you launch new mobile data services to ensure broad subscriber uptake? How do you manage your network through explosive traffic growth and contain costs through the downturn? Learn from the experience of other operators worldwide that have faced similar challenges and opportunities.

We hope you find Mobile Minute informative and useful, and we welcome your feedback. Again, thank you for your continued partnership.
