Tsuji began his career at Mazda Motor Corporation. He holds a B.A. degree in Business and a B.S. degree in Economics from Sophia University in Tokyo.
“There is no question that Japan, with its growing population of mobile consumers, is a strategic market for Bytemobile,” said Hatim Tyabji, executive chairman. “The country's network operators are aggressively building out their infrastructures and delivering advanced data services to their subscribers. Nobuhiko Tsuji has years of experience in this market, and we look to him to provide leadership in driving adoption of our Unison™ integrated solutions for the mobile Internet.”
According to Open Gardens (May 22, 2007), Japan's total mobile data revenues for 2006 were nearly $20 billion. Ipsos Insight estimates that 95% of all households in Japan own at least one mobile phone and that 40% of mobile phone owners in Japan browse the Internet on their phones.
