Sales Account Manager (Little Rock, AR)

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Account Executive

  • Be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Review all major deliverables (such as strategic brief, function spec, tech spec) to ensure that quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise
  • Own the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
  • Approve change orders and invoices and be responsible for payment collections
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of project status, identifying potential issues and opportunities within or related to the project
  • Maintain awareness of and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Account Executive, Sales or other support
  • Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to ensure strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Understand company capabilities and services and effectively communicate all offerings to the client
  • Report to the Account Executive, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum three years of account and project management experience
  • Proven account management skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
  • Technical competence (understanding of software, hardware, networks, and so on)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong motivation, goal orientation, persistence, and negotiation skills
  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
