Directions from Logan Airport:
- Follow Logan Airport exit signs towards the Ted Williams Tunnel
- The Ted Williams Tunnel connects directly with the Mass Pike (I-90) west
- Mass Pike to Rte. 495 north (exit 11A)
- Rte. 495 north to Simarano Drive/Marlboro (exit 23C)
- At end of off-ramp, take a right onto Simarano Drive
- Continue straight through next set of traffic lights onto Ames Street
- Take second left onto Reilly Way
- Take right onto Nickerson Road
- 400 Nickerson is the first building on the right

Directions from New Hampshire & points North:
- Rte. 3 / Everett Turnpike south to Rte. 495 south (exit 30S)
- Rte. 495 south to Rte. 20 west (exit 24B), towards Northboro
- Rte. 20 to 3rd set of lights
- Left onto Ames Street (see Marlborough Corporate Place on right)
- Take first right onto Reilly Way
- Take right onto Nickerson Road
- 400 Nickerson is the first building on the right
Directions from Rhode Island & points South:
- Rte. 95 north to Rte. 495 north (exit 6B)
- Rte. 495 north to Simarano Drive/Marlboro (exit 23C)
- At end of off-ramp, take a right onto Simarano Drive
- Continue straight through next set of traffic lights onto Ames Street
- Take second left onto Reilly Way
- Take right onto Nickerson Road
